read?...watch?...both.

Current reading assignment...274 pages to read...my target...merely 10 pages per day!...giving myself a month to finish the book...it was a breeze to read Chinese Cinderella by the same author...hopefully it would be fun to read this book also...

I am actually guilty of not finishing a book once i get bored...hehe...and sometimes first impression (on the book) lasts...thus i have biased judgement on some authors....

so far i like adeline yen mah's style...i like her books, though i've read only two so far...i would actually recommend it to others...

i learned a lot from her life...it was an eye-opener to what the chinese culture is really like...and the book made me emphatize with her...to a point wherein i wanted to read more about her life...thus i searched and ask for the book in every bookstore i see...and as soon as i was given the tip on where to buy one...i bought the book though i found it to be a little pricey...for whatever it's worth...it's making me read again and that's quite a relief for me

The Culprit


i named my ipod April...she is my ultimate source of entertainment...in a day i get to spend a lot...as in a lot of time with her...when i wake up...i check on her the moment i open my eyes...april keeps me busy during my fx travels...to and from work...but on weekends, i lend her to others...the only time i ignore her...hehe...april, thus, is the reason why i forgot about reading a book a month...why my books and even my magazines rests on my bedside longer than usual...
but now it is a conscious effort on my part to read again...i am an advocate of reading...i personally experienced how hard it is to find time to read at this day and age...but i know we still have to...


On my Ipod

i am not much of a music person...my music preference is varied in nature...if i hear it and i like it...most probably i'd like it a lot...i'm not much of a fan either...though i guess i dig coldplay, dishwalla, maroon 5, rent, soundtracks of all cheesy flicks...hehe...and quite a number of opm songs...hihi...not so much a fan of rap (though sometimes influenced by bro), r&b or classics...i like popular music...and i love lyrics!...its a must...and album art ofcourse...

probably 70% of my ipod is video...besides the Chick flicks...i have no-brainer movies in it and cheesy and funny local movies...hahaha...dyologs to the max...pero laughtrip naman...and i'm such a fan of series...thus i spend my time on these...and if you do to...we'd probably have a lot to talk about...(",)
