as in soles ng feet...wah! My feet had been suffering for a month now... If I tracked using a pedometer, I could have walked miles! Just last weekend I had a very long foot spa for my poor tired feet. But just after a few steps, I felt that ache again! Which means hopeless na ang feet ko...poor them.
So yun, forever na yta cya masakit...
Eniweis,
Yesterday I went to fully booked gateway coz my brother said may twilight na daw dun (which, wasn't true after all...they had the rest of the books if your interested) And then I went to national just to check. Wala. But of course I had to ask because I was kinda desperate (explanations later) The kind staff told me some boxes had just arrived and were upstairs. If I could wait they could check if there is twilight. And so I checked other stuff, it was a huge store anyways. And then the staff called me and said meron daw. "Ay, special ed lang walang softbound?" (yes, i'm a cheapo) "Wala po, bakit kaya mas mahal ngayon?" err..special ed nga eh. But then I sighted a regular hardbound one which I was still hesitant to purchase, but I got hold of anyways. And I scan around once again, passing time and hoping they find a softbound one for me. Eh wala talaga. I finally witnessed how crazed fans are of these series. Within a blink wala ng twilight (there were special eds still I think). And to end this long story short, I paid for the hardbound book with much helpless regret, which I've read months ago, whose movie adaptation I watched also and was like wtf?...hayhay buhay..
Explanation,
Ok fine I know I'm such a sucker (no pun intended) for cheesiness. And my officemate who introduced me to the book knew right away I would dig this kind of stuff, and I did. For sometime that is...after too much of it and after the last book and the crappy movie. Wah, no thanks HP na lang ulit ako. I borrowed the first book, I bought the rest. And then I heard about my cousins wanting to buy the books and told them, "wag na sayang lang ang pera diyan, dalhin ko na lang books ko dito" to which they were I guess happy. And so, I had to buy the first one. But lo and behold, out of stock everywhere! Kawawa naman ang cousins ko eh long over due na promise na 'to. Therefore I was desperate. And after writing this post, I realized...If I didnt like the books at all, why on earth am I letting my cousins read it? Well you know kids, they'd always have their way. They'd probably read it from somewhere so might as well make it easier for them.
FYI: The book is poorly written according to the critics ( grammar, story etc) and it gives an image of sex not healthy and inappropriate to its target market. And its emo, which is sometimes not a good thing either....
Pero sabi nga ng tuttee ko..."ate, as if naman d namin alam yun. I can discuss it with you without shame you know..." que horror ang mga kids! tsk, tsk exactly!...they learn the wrong things from the wrong sources...or I'm just really getting old...
So yun, forever na yta cya masakit...
