...going to school makes me nostalgic...

besides the registration brouhaha (which i will post sometime...) the commute was what made it felt surreal...

i miss my katipsoc friends...

college extension became bearable (and almost fun-er) because of ALCHEMES and katipsoc...i lost bonding time with majority of my batch friends but i got new ones to bond with...and i got lots of 'em...too much, i stayed on way beyond my school years just to make "tambay"...gah! i went to 4 batches of graduation ( cyempre only one was mine ) which translates to 3 years of bumming...i almost resigned myself to a lifetime career of tutoring...hahaha...

back to the topic...katipsoc basically is an unregistered or whatnot bond among alchemists who commutes home together...waits for each other and walks to the up-katipunan terminal almost everyday...it was brought about by the fact that we all have to go to the end of the katipunan route to ride the fx to sta.lucia and then to our homes (except for one who detaches in katips)...
unconsciously we grew to a population of 10 ( wah! puno na ang isang fx...hahaha...and mind you may times na may OP na talaga sa fx kasi ang dami namin...hahaha) and further on we snack together in sta.lu over chilak, chibit, and softy ice cream...(memories...hay) also we had a designated tiga-singil...hehe...years later we lose members...until in '00 i think it ceased to exist...(you can't call it "soc" if theres only you)

and this time its only me...it makes the commute sad...all of us are miles away from how we were...most are literally miles away...true to the song lyrics of in my life...well i love 'em all...

to my katipsoc buddies...just so you know...

- katips terminal is not anymore in front of vinzons, its beside educ near narra...
- katips route changed too...its not anymore opposite of everyone else...the acad oval is now one way so basically the route is a mix of ikot and philcoa etc.
- remember the fare collector...the small girl...she's still there...a matured version of her (cyemps naman)
- no more FX to sta.lu...or probably not as much...never saw a single one yet...
- fare atleast stayed the same...i guess...7pesos?
- katipsoc ride is now sad...enough said...
