Big Brother God

I heard not so good news today re: another relatives health. Looking back, it saddens me that I've heard of a lot (really, really a lot!) health issues in the family. The sickness plague seems to be on us.

But I always remind myself that we have a God who looks upon us and bestow on us trials that we must face and triumph from.

I've lived by the "thy will be done" mantra for so long, I think it's ingrained in me.

I took the news with a grain of salt. Thinking that this is for a reason and a purpose. I appear nonchalant...to everyone's amazement. It seems I don't care, somewhat devoid of emotion but of course that is total nonsense. Of course I care. We are talking about family here and for what it's worth, I love each crazy in the family.

I just give it up to the Lord everything. He knows best and he is all powerful. I just hope and pray as I sleep tonight that he gives us strength and hope that in his time all will be well.
